Friends of Lane Teacher Grant

Friends of Lane is offering grants of up to $750 for Lane Tech teachers, staff & coaches.

 

Note: Requests for big-ticket items exceeding the $750 limit should be noted below and will be considered in consultation with Lane Tech Administration for FOL Annual Appeal targeted funding.

 

Please note that funds are limited.

Application Criteria:

1) The grant must be used for the purchase of services or items to benefit students in classrooms, clubs or teams.
2) Grants are intended for an investment in the Classroom/Team/Club and can be for items like equipment but cannot be for certain one-time items: No food/beverages, hotels, or prizes.
3) Requests must be for services or items to be used during the 2024-25 academic year.
4) The purpose of the grant must be clearly stated, highlighting the student benefit.

5) Applications must include supporting documentation, including a receipt or price quote. 

6) If a grant is awarded, the recipient will be emailed a Grant Reimbursement Form. This reimbursement form should be submitted within one month of the date the grant is awarded unless the project is for a later time. If the receipt will not be available within one month, please specify when it can be provided.

 

* There are no restrictions on the vendors you must use as long as it adheres to the criteria above.

 

* Please utilize the Lane Tech Sales tax exemption Form. This form can be accessed on Staff Launchpad. 

NOTE:  The submission deadline is Friday, October 25, 2024.
